El peticionario interpuso recurso de súplica contra el Auto 098 de 2011, mediante el cual se rechazó por extemporánea la solicitud de nulidad de la SU 389-05.
La Sala recuerda que el ámbito de competencia de la Sala Plena para decidir un recurso de súplica, se circunscribe a resolver los motivos de inconformidad del recurrente con el auto de rechazo, sin que pueda pronunciarse sobre materias distintas.
Se RECHAZA POR IMPROCEDENTE el recurso de súplica de la referencia.
